Ryan Carlin

Ryan has a love for all things sports. He is a powerhouse on the kickball field and basketball court. Ryan has an intensity and focus when he works. He loves color and prefers using colored pencils on paper.  So much so, that he has a hard time retiring even the tiniest of used pencils.

He loves to be independent, stands his ground and can beat absolutely anyone at a staring contest. Ryan describes himself with the words “smart, active, art”.

Donnie Driggers

Donnie is a prolific artist, a selfless giver and friend, and strives to bring a smile to every face he meets.  He loves drawing just about anything, especially when commissioned.  His favorite subject matter is pets.  Most of his work can be identified by his signature bold, black outlines.  

WWE, sewing, dancing, working and chatting on the phone are some of his favorite activities.  Donnie has never met a stranger and is CONSTANTLY creating and sharing his works with everyone he loves.

Andy Emery

Andrea, or “Andy” as she likes to be called, loves creating ALL the time. You might catch her creating patterns or meticulously coloring mandalas in any color that is available, although her favorite colors are blue and pink. She appreciates the challenges of mandalas because of their difficult patterns. If there’s an art opportunity, she’s all in.

Andy likes to be happy and make people happy. As for a life motto she states, “And whatever I want to be and when I care to be and when I open my eyes, what I care to be.”

She loves the stage. Andy is a versatile actress and can play any role that she’s chosen for.

Daphne Esposito

Daphne brings humor to the studio every day. She knows how to catch us off-guard with a clever joke or a slighted comment to bring immediate laughter. Daphne is a clever actress and incredibly charismatic. She loves bright colors and uses them to her advantage with her lively and energetic artistic style.

Daphne’s preferred medium is colored pencil and she would describe herself as funny, smart and a jokester.

Kassie Ford

Kassandra “Kassie” Leigh Ford is an imaginative, caring, and beautiful girl who likes any art style that is cute or beautiful. She has a cute art style and her favorite art medium is colored pencil. Her favorite color is pink and she likes playing as caring characters. She’s a Christian who wants to be a light that points others to God. Her motto is “Have a blessed day!”

John Garlock

I am John Garlock. I am new from heart. I am crafted and designer.

John is full of charisma and lights up a stage with his presence. He’s a confident actor and is excited to continue shining on stage in future productions.

John’s style of art is geometric and intentionally flat. He likes to include text and labels for viewers to understand his approach.

Mikel Herrick

Mikel’s absolute favorite activity is to rock out on the drumset and he aspires to be a rockstar. Some other activities he enjoys are drawing, music, telling jokes and performing for an audience. His preferred art mediums are acrylic paint and paint markers–especially in shades of blue, but Mikel just loves to make things colorful. His work tends to include different characters that are inspired by the movies and TV shows that he enjoys watching.

Thomas Humanitzki

Thomas embodies a character from the first moment he reads the script. He lights up when the stage lights come on. In his free time, Thomas is an avid comic book reader and gamer.

Liz Hines

Liz is sweet, kind, playful and describes herself as funny, silly and great.  She loves sports (especially Clemson), which might explain why she favors orange and purple everything.  You can catch Liz sketching Disney characters and animals whenever she puts colored pencil to paper.  

Liz loves to be on stage and takes pride in her acting roles.  She has acted in every HEART production since it began in 2014!  Liz lives by her life motto, “Be kind.”

Joey Iler

Joey lights up a room with his enthusiasm and friendliness.  He is a wonderfully talented masseuse and would rub shoulders all day long if we let him.  Joey is a talented artist and thrives while performing on stage.  He prefers acrylic paint and paint pens and has a unique repetitive, circular abstract style.

Joey describes himself as a “cool man” that is artistic, rockin’ and full of love.  His life motto is “I’m a cowboy.”  Joey has never met a stranger and everyone who meets him falls in love with him.

Bryce Itzkowitz

Bryce is an incredibly creative thinker and his art reflects a multitude of fandoms - often cleverly combined into one cohesive piece.  He describes himself as smart, loving and funny and has an extensive knowledge of diversity.  Acrylic paint and colored pencils are his preferred mediums.  

Bryce thrives on stage and knows how to capture an audience with his carefully calculated acting skills.  He has a commanding presence and voice with the versatility to bring his own spin to any character he portrays.

Eliza Kerrison

Eliza is a talented artist with a graphic designer’s eye.  Her work often contains signature features such as: geometric shapes, a sun, flower, person and/or tree.  She loves vibrant colors and is not afraid to take risks and run with them.  She will beautify any surface that she comes across.  Eliza describes herself as “perfect”.

Eliza is typically shy, and has a shocking theatrical side.  Put this actress under a stagelight and watch her shine.  Her life motto is “Follow your heart.”

Elijah King

Elijah is a thoughtful artist and has endless ideas to accurately bring to life. His current interest is biomorphic art and he prefers acrylic paint as a medium. He would describe his work as “the biological transformation of living things.” Elijah describes himself as hardworking, creative and brave and lives by his motto that “the world is full of creative works of art.” He would like his viewers to know that his artworks come from the beauty of nature.

“The world is a living canvas. Open your eyes and you will see, the world is filled with creative art.”

Austin Livingston

Austin is a sweet, gentle and quiet soul.  His work is often filled with repetitive forms that are uniquely contained by whatever surface he uses.  He is drawn towards blues and yellows when painting and drawing and has been working recently with dots.  The various layers in his art show his attention to detail in order to cover every inch of space.

Austin takes pride in his theatre roles and is diligent about his placement on stage.  He lights up at the show finale and is quick to get everything back in order upon return to the dressing room. 

Christian McInnis

Christian is a walking encyclopedia and has a vast knowledge of science, wildlife and trains.  He takes his visual and performing arts very seriously and is rightfully proud of all of his accomplishments.  Christian doesn’t choose favorites and likes all colors and art styles, though he works mostly with watercolor, colored pencils and acrylic paint.  He describes his own style as contemporary, modern and abstract.

Porter Ohl

Porter is fully dedicated to his two favorite colors:  red and blue, which is inspired by his love for the Georgia Bulldogs and New England Patriots.  You can find most of his work in those color ranges.  Porter can’t pass up anything dog-related (a photo, story, glimpse), so you’ll definitely find dogs-a-plenty in his art.  He prefers collage and describes his drawing style as “minimalist”.

CP

Chris is known for claiming that his favorite color is black and his best color is yellow.  His favorite art mediums are pastels, watercolor and acrylic which he uses to create mostly landscapes and abstracts.  The mountains are “his place” and are a big inspiration for his work.  “What?”

San Ruther

San absolutely loves words and all colors. She gathers inspiration from her surroundings which then lead her through a trail of thoughts that she records in her work. With both text and full color, San makes sure to cover every inch of her surface; front and back.

San is a bright star and finds great joy in performing. She has a strong voice and learns lyrics quickly with enthusiasm, although she does already possess a vast musical catalog. She is excited to be on stage and feel the energy from a lively audience.

William Simmons

William has a strong passion for music, specifically hip hop.  He is the self-proclaimed number one fan of  Hurricane Chris and listens to his song “Hand Clap” about 100 times a day.  His go-to color is red, but still enjoys using different colors.  His preferred medium is colored pencils to draw shapes-specifically circles.  He has a unique style using his fingers to fade colors into soft blends.

William is a talented performer, actor and singer and has an incredible memory that aids in dialogue-heavy roles.  “Live your life to the fullest.  That’s how we do it!”

Sara Sirmons

Sara Sirmons loves to draw, especially with markers. She has a bold and illustrative style. Her favorite color is pink. Sara would describe herself as fun, wild and cool, alluding to her life motto: “Be cool.”

Sara is a versatile, fun and expressive actress on stage. She has a talent for choreography, likes to be fun and prefers acting in musicals.

Matthew Vann

Matthew Vann is a creative and thoughtful artist and performer. He has a minimalist style with a preferred primary color palette. He often adds numbers and words associated with each color.

Vann has a beautiful voice and enjoys singing and playing ukulele.

Karen Weikel

We all adore Karen’s witty and playful disposition. She loves making art, performing and most of all — CHEESECAKE! Karen finds great joy in bantering back and forth with her peers. If you ever need a good laugh, Karen is the person to run to. She has a way of lighting up the room and brings joy to everyone she meets. Karen knows how to live in the moment and makes every moment count. Karen’s favorite dance move is to “shake your highness”. We love having her light shine at HEART!

Cassie Williamson

Cassie is a very talented artist interested in anime, cosplay, and writing role plays.  Her artwork is inspired by her love of nature and earth tones.  She enjoys creating with watercolor and cross stitching and hopes her work is empowering and creative.

Cassie loves to sing and takes pride in her solos in HEART performances.  She takes her acting roles very seriously and rehearses constantly.  Her life motto is, “You can be legendary in your very own way.  Wish, dream, love.  Keep pushing on.”

Nathan Willoughby

Nathan is a multifaceted artist and excels in acting, drawing and writing—specifically storytelling.  The darkness fascinates him and is the inspiration for most of his creative endeavors.  The majority of Nathan’s work is done in black ink with red accents.  He draws people in the way that he sees them-demons, vampires, darkness.

Nathan has no problem being in the limelight as he thrives on the attention.  He considers himself “wicked cool, man”.
