For how long are you requesting temporary financial assistance?

For requests longer than 6 months, please complete a HEART Scholarship Application. You may always submit another application or request if these circumstances persist and your needs continue.

Level of Requested Financial Assistance:

Half Scholarship: Members would pay 50% reduced fees ($198 for 2 days per week, $99 for 1 day per week). Full Scholarship: For families who are unable to make any contribution toward their membership fees at this time. Pay What You Can: For families unable to pay full fees, but are able to make at least some contribution toward their membership. This option is preferred whenever possible rather than full scholarship requests.
